Women and men of all ages are pass the fitness tests with a bit of help and practice.

This guide lists all the fitness tests you will need to do and has exercises that can help prepare you for the tests.

The best way to check your fitness level is to go to a taster day at your local fire service. You will be able to give each test a go and get advice on how you can improve.
